气管切开术
tracheostomy
一种切开气管的外科手术。在环状软骨下缘至胸骨上窝，沿正中线切开气管的第3、4软骨环，置入合适的金属气管套管，并固定于颈部，管口放2～4层灭菌湿纱布覆盖，以过滤并润湿吸入的空气。气管切开术常为呼吸道阻塞、呼吸肌麻痹、严重呼吸衰竭和深昏迷患者的急救手术。
