reticulosarcoma
与尤文肉瘤有类似之处,但预后稍好。肿瘤可发生于管状骨或扁平骨,小儿较青少年发病率低。主要症状为疼痛、起初为阵发性,以后转为持续性而且严重。X线所见有些像骨的炎症。骨破坏境界不清、有片状骨质稀疏。组织学可见均匀一致的中等大小的嗜酸性球形细胞,多数病例可见大量网状纤维散在于细胞间。该肿瘤较尤文肉瘤发生转移晚,多转移至淋巴结。经截肢加放射治疗的病例5年治愈率为25%~30%。
