The results are as follows:the most splenic artery derives from the coeliac artery along with the hepatic artery,there are four kinds of relationship between its eourse and the pancreas,the length and cal- iber of the splenic artery are positively related to the sitting height.
本文采用灌注、解剖剥离等方法对86例胎儿脾动脉的起始位置、类型、走行与胰腺的位置关系进行了观察,并测量了脾动脉的长度和外径,结果表明:胎儿脾动脉绝大多数起于腹腔动脉,且与肝动脉共干,其走行与胰腺有四种位置关系,脾动脉外径与长度均与坐高呈正相关关系。

X线检查方法之一。经皮动脉插管,导管头端选择至腹腔动脉开口,注射碘对比剂后显示腹腔动脉干及其分支的造影方法。造影可以经常规血管造影(快速换片)和数字减影血管造影(DSA)方法施行。目前常和介入性治疗技术配合应用。
