放射免疫淋巴结显像
放射免疫淋巴结显像是根据肿瘤的放射免疫显像(Radioimmunoimaging，Rll)和淋巴造影(Lymphography)技术原理，将以放射性核素标记的抗体为肿瘤阳性显像剂，一般采用皮下注射法。由于抗体是大分子，经皮下注射后，不能直接进入微细血管，而是通过内皮细胞之间的间隙，进入淋巴管，向上至各淋巴结，顺序自股管组、盆腔组、腹主动脉组、再经胸导管进入大循环而至全身。以131I标记的多抗注射后，作多次动态扫描显像，注射后2～3小时所引流区域淋巴结均有清楚显像，24小时后肿瘤才有清晰显像。放免淋巴结显像，可在手术前了解淋巴结是否有转移，有利于正确临床分期，对治疗方案的选择及预后的估价也有重要参考价值。
