Results:Detoid anterior portion worked with an average of 35% in the process of straight punches in the upper extremity muscles;agonistic muscle activation order is the detoid anterior portion,triceps brachii and flexor carpi ulnaris muscle during the straight punches,which means that muscles sequentially activated from proximal to distal.
结果:在后手直拳击打过程中上肢肌肉中三角肌前束做功百分比最高,平均为35%;后手直拳击打过程中主动肌的激活顺序为三角肌前束、肱三头肌和尺侧腕屈肌,肌肉由近端到远端依次激活。

此种表现好发于小腿腓肠肌，于妊娠后期多见。常在夜间发作。痉挛发作时，应将痉挛下肢伸直使腓肠肌紧张，并行局部按摩，痉挛常能迅速缓解。已出现下肢痉挛的孕妇，应服用钙剂。
