经皮肾盂成形术
介入放射学技术。经肾造口通路作肾盂输尿管交界处内窥镜切开的技术。其目的是通过肾造口来解除肾盂输尿管交界处的狭窄,以减轻外科手术的危险和复发率。最初采用球囊导管经皮扩张肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄,成功率与输尿管狭窄的球囊扩张成功率相同,一般仅近期发生的狭窄可治愈。采用内窥镜更容易到达肾盂输尿管交界处的狭窄部位,利于观察,成为一种更好的临床技术。
