To provide anatomical evidence for the use of the satorius muscle iliac flap in the treatment of osteroneerosis of the femoral head, the blood supply of the satorius musclar iliac flap, the position of the vessels, the diameter of the vessels and the blood supply of the iliac flap from single blood tube were observed on 6 adult cardavers (12 sides) perfused with red latex from abdominal aorta.

位于髋骨的上部，分体、翼部。髂骨体位于下部、肥厚。髂骨翼上缘称髂嵴，其前、后端稍突出，分别称为髂前上棘和髂后上棘；在髂前、后上棘的稍下方，各有一髂前后下棘。髂骨翼内侧面的后部，有一个较大的耳状面，它与骶骨形成骶髂关节。从耳状面的尖端开始，向前下方走行的一条线，称为髂耻线，此线是构成真、假骨盆之间的分界线的一段。
