| 泪器疾病 lacrimal apparatus，diseases of 泪道和泪腺的疾病。泪器包括泪道和泪腺两部分，泪腺有分泌功能，泪道包括泪小点、泪小管、泪囊及鼻泪管，司排出功能。泪器疾病主要在泪道系统，其主要病变为泪溢，由泪道狭窄或阻塞引起，通过冲洗泪道可鉴别病变的部位，可试行探针探通、穿线或插管治疗。慢性泪囊炎也较常见，由于鼻泪管阻塞引起，除泪溢外，有脓性或粘液性分泌物，可行鼻腔泪囊吻合术或泪囊摘出术。常见的泪腺疾病为肿瘤，良性者为泪腺混合瘤，恶性者如泪腺癌，应尽早手术切除并做病理检查，若为恶性者须考虑行眶内容挖出术并行放射治疗。 |
