性质:又称动物淀粉,糖原,肝淀粉。分子量在2.7×105到3.5×106之间。它是由葡萄吡喃糖组成的带有支链的高分子多糖。白色粉末,旋光度+196°→+197°,溶于水但溶液不透明,不溶于醇,不能还原费林(H.von Fehling)试剂。255℃时分解。存在于肝和肌肉中,也存在于昆虫及低等植物中。用于生物化学及有机化学研究。可由肝脏用30%氢氧化钠处理,再加乙醇沉淀而制得。
