A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for the preparation of picroside Ⅱ control from Rhizoma Picrorhizae using a C18 column (300 mm×20 mm id, 10 μm) and methanolwater (1∶1, v/v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 8 mL/min.
