诊法。精液免疫学检 查之一 。是以试管玻片法为基础的最近发展方法，快速、容易观察。①血清标本灭活后，用001M 磷酸盐缓冲液(pH74)稀释到4、8、16和32倍。②5μl的每种血清稀释液用微针筒移至微盘 内，微针筒用磷酸缓冲液洗出。③加1μl精液稀释于每5μl血清中，在室温下保存4小时 。④观察精子凝集程度和类型。此法优点是微量技术，且容易观察凝集活力和类型，当出 现头对尾凝集类型时血清中大多存在IgG，而头对头凝集则大多存在IgM。
