性质:电流被频繁间断或周期性减小的电镀方法。利用脉冲电源可以调节脉冲电流密度、导通时间和关断时间三个参数。利用电流(或电压)脉冲的张弛增加阴极的活化极化和降低阴极的浓差极化,从而改善镀层的物理化学性能。如使镀层平滑细致,消除氢脆、提高镀层的韧性和耐磨性等。脉冲电镀在贵金属电镀方面取得较大进展,同时在镀锌、镀镍、镀铬、镀铼、镀铜锡合金、镍铁合金、镍磷合金等方面也有成效。
