| 普雷格尔（1869～1930） Pregl，Fritz 奥地利化学家。1869年9月3日生于莱巴赫，1930年12月13日卒于格拉茨。1893年毕业于格拉茨大学医学院，1899年任该校生理化学和医药化学助教。1910年任因斯布鲁克大学化学系主任兼药物化学教授。1913年任格拉茨大学药物化学系主任。他所领导的实验室成为世界闻名的有机微量分析中心。1904年，普雷格尔在研究胆酸时发现，从胆汁中只能获得少量胆酸，这促使他研究有机物的微量分析技术。他利用自己和W.H.库尔曼共同设计的可以称量到微克级的微量天平和其他微量分析技术，只用1～3毫克试样就可以进行比较迅速和准确的定量分析。1912年他又建立了一整套有机物中碳、氢、氮、卤素、硫、羰基等的微量分析方法，对于发展有机化学非常重要。普雷格尔因发明有机物的微量分析法而获1923年诺贝尔化学奖。著有《有机微量定量分析》等。
