J Inshu之h一)旧zh一hu金属支架支护(metal support)用型钢构件组成的支护结构。它用来抵抗巷道围岩的压力、防止围岩变形过大和发生破坏。 根据地压的方向和大小,采用金属支架的巷道断面有梯形、直墙拱形、斜墙拱形、马蹄形、圆形和方形等;根据支架受力后的变形特性,金属支架又有刚性和可缩性(包括恒阻可缩与增阻可缩)的两大类。矿山使用最多的是矿用工字钢组成的梯形刚性支架和用U型钢组成的拱形可缩性支架(见图)。前者多用于围岩中等稳定、巷道断面IOmZ以下的巷道;后者用于围岩松软、巷道断面大和有强烈开采扰动影响的巷道中。 金属支架支护间距一般为0.5一1.Zm。为了保证支架稳定性,支架间应安设拉杆。为了防止架间围岩的破裂和掉块,支架外应装有背板并要密实的充填。金属支架有优良的受力性能,能承受较大的压、拉、弯、扭等久4 金属u型钢拱形可缩性支架 l一拱;2一柱腿;3一连接铁箍; 4一柱脚板;5一垫木外力,便于加工,可适应地压方向制成任意断面形状。通过各种连接方式达到任意的支架阻力特性,便于回收和重复使用,便于机械化施工。金属支架多在主要矿山、大断面巷道、压力显现强烈的机械化采区巷道中推广使用。 采用金属支架支护时,可应用下列先进技术:用钢材调质以提高强度;采用梯形可缩性金属支架;进行双槽夹板式或耳楔式连接;采用菱形金属网、塑料网和钢筋背板,并使用天然硬石膏充填架后等、 (郑雨天陆继健)
