虚风内动 虚风内动 病证名。是由阴虚、血虚内生的风证。多见于大汗、大吐、大泄、失血或久病伤阴者，由阴液枯竭，或津少血枯，无以濡养筋脉，或肝阴不足，阴不潜阳而肝风内生所致。症见肢体麻木不仁、筋挛肉瞤、眩晕震颤、手足蠕动或昏仆等。
