材料：
清补凉半斤，瘦肉一斤
做法：
所有材料洗净，瘦肉先用滚水烚一下，再和清补凉放进一大煲中，放水半煲水，大火煲先煲半小时，再加水转细火煲三四小时落盐调味即可。
心得：
天气干燥，这汤水很滋润，又可以利尿，身体虚弱也可以食用，名字叫清补凉，其实一点也不会寒凉。清补凉可以到中药店买得到。
