AIM: The purpose of this study was to set up an approach for selectively expanded human peripheral blood γδT cells using isopentenylpyrophosphate(IPP) in vitroand to investigate the antitumor actively of γδT cells .
方法:取健康人外周血100ml,分离单个核细胞,将分离细胞置于含10%小牛血清,5%人AB血清,异戊烯焦磷酸(2ng/ml)和IL-2(100IU/ml)RPMI-1640培养基中培养,取培养10天的细胞进行细胞毒杀伤活性测定和流式细胞仪分析。
