Objective:The inhibitory effects of high dosage compound on the Sarcoma180 of the mice were studied, which were mixed Polysaccharides from Spirulina Platensis(PSP) with the effective ingredients of Ginkgo Biloba(EGB) in different kinds of proportion, in order to provide the preliminary theory for study and exploit the new antitumor medicine.
目的:研究高剂量螺旋藻多糖与银杏叶有效成分按不同比例复合,对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用,为抗肿瘤新药的研究与开发提供理论基础。

Methods Mixed high dosage(200 mg·kg-1·d-1) polysaccharides from Spirulina Platensis(PSP) with effective ingredients of Ginkgo biloba(EGB) into the compound at the ratio of 1∶1,2∶1 and 1∶2,fed the mice with the compound and the single ingredients of PSP,flavonoids,ginkgolide for 14 days,then irradiated the mice with 60Co γ radiation,after that fed them with the compound for consecutive 16 days.
