Methods:31 in patients meeting the CCMD-3 criteria and MECT treatment conditions were selected as research group and 20 healthy volunteers as control group,and serum IL-6 levels were measured and psychiatric symptoms assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) before treatment and after the 4thand 8thtreatment.
