弓形虫病 toxoplasmosis 由刚地弓形虫引起的原虫病。世界各大洲均有本病存在,中国也有少数病例报告。猫是重要传染源,其他家畜及家禽也可作为传染源。本病分为先天性与获得性两种,前者表现为流产、早产、死产或畸胎、脑积水、头颅畸形、脑内钙化灶、肺炎、视网膜脉络膜炎等,后者表现为发热、皮疹、淋巴结肿大、肝炎、脑炎、心肌炎等。间接血凝试验、补体结合试验、酶联免疫吸附试验等血清免疫学试验对诊断具有重要价值,确诊依据血片、骨髓涂片或淋巴结活检中找到病原体或动物接种。检测循环抗原对早期或疗效考核有用。磺胺合并乙胺嘧啶治疗有效,孕妇需用螺旋霉素。 |
