Objective:To explore the molecular mechanism of neural plasticity in the development and reconstitution following impairment of auditory system,we studied the changing levels of growth associated protein-43(GAP-43) expression in the auditory cortex of the developing rats and in ototoxicity deafened rats before and after electrical intracochlear stimulation.
目的:为了探索听觉系统发育和损伤后修复的神经可塑性的分子机制,本实验研究了生长相关蛋白-43(growthassociated protein-43,GAP-43)在正常幼鼠及耳毒性药物致聋鼠发育的不同阶段及耳蜗内电刺激后在听皮层的表达变化,探索GAP-43与幼鼠听皮层发育和可塑性的关系。
