性质:又名头孢氨噻肟;头孢氨噻。由7-氨基头孢烷酸与氨噻肟酸合成的第三代头孢菌素。其钠盐为白色粉末,易溶于水,稀溶液无色或微黄色,高浓度时显灰黄色。药物变质时显棕色或深黄色。熔点为162~163℃(分解)。对革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌活性明显高于第一、二代头孢菌素,对革兰氏阳性菌较第一代稍低。肌肉注射1g,30min血药浓度达峰值(22μg/ml),半衰期约为1h。血浆蛋白结合率为35%~45%。体内分布广,主要随尿排出。少数患者用药后有药疹、头晕、耳鸣、周身不适现象。偶见嗜酸性粒细胞增多、白细胞下降、肾损害等反应。孕妇慎用。对青霉素、头孢菌素过敏者禁用。
