The influence of reaction pressure on the growth of diamond film is analyzed by using CH3CH2OH and H2 to serve as pressure source,the microwave plasma CVD to accumulate diamond film,the metallographic microscope(×400) to obseve the accumulation effect,and the X-ray diffraction to detect the quality of the film.
