适应症： 用于肺癌、食管癌的辅助治疗；也可用于慢性传染性肝炎等的治疗。慢性肝炎，尤其血清ＡLT升高，HBeAg和HBA-DNA阳性的乙型肝炎。
用量用法： ①肌注：每次４０ｍｇ，每日１次。８～１０周为１疗程。
②肌肉注射：20－40 mg qd。乙肝 40 mg qd 20日／月，3月／疗程。配伍乙肝疫苗，30ug/次，每二周一次，3月／疗程。肿瘤的辅助治疗 40mg/次，隔日1次肌注，使用2周后进行化疗或放疗，化疗或放疗疗程结束后，40mg肌注隔日1次，每月使用2周，2月为一疗程。
注意事项： 少数病人有胃肠道反应，如恶心、呕吐等。
不良反应： 局部淋巴结肿大、压痛。
