The results showed that the identities of nucleic acid of ORF3-7s between PRRSV Shandong isolate and VR-2332 were 98 %,99 %,99 %,99 % and 100 %,the identitles of deduced amino acid sequence were 97 %、98 %、98 %、98 %、100 %respectively.
