[Purpose] To observe the effect of adjusted ZuoJin pills(AZP) on proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA, represented by proliferating index,PI) and telomerase activity(represented by human telomerase reverse transcriptase, hTERT) in rats with gastric precancerous lesion(GPL).
[目的]观察加味左金丸对大鼠胃癌前病变增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA,用增殖指数PI表示)和端粒酶活性(用hTERT表示)的影响。

【处方】
麝香 30g 木鳖子（去壳去油）150g 制草乌 150g 枫香脂 150g 乳香（制） 75g 没药（制） 75g 五灵脂（醋炒）150g 当归（酒炒） 75g 地龙 150g 香墨 12g
【制法】
以上十味，除麝香外，其余木鳖子等九味粉碎成细粉，将麝香研细，与 上述粉末配研，过筛。每100g粉末加淀粉25g,混匀，另用淀粉5g制稀糊，泛丸，低温干 燥，即得。
【性状】
本品为黑褐色的糊丸；气香，味微苦。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品，置显微镜下观察：石细胞长方形或类方形，壁稍厚。子叶 细胞长方形或多角形，含糊粉粒及脂肪油块。薄壁细胞纺锤形，壁略厚，有极微细的斜 向交错纹理。无定形团块淡黄棕色，埋有细小方形结晶。肌纤维成层，无色、微黄色或 淡棕色，微波状弯曲，有时呈垂直交错排列。 (2) 取本品5g，研碎，加乙醚20ml，超声处理20分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加乙 醇1ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取当归对照药材1g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄 层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一以羧甲基纤维素 钠为黏合剂的硅胶G薄层板上，以正己烷-醋酸乙酯（9：1）为展开剂，展开，取出，晾 干，置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显 相同颜色的荧光斑点。
【检查】
除溶散时限不检查外，其他应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A ）。
【功能与主治】
散结消肿，化瘀止痛。用于阴疽初起，皮色不变，肿硬作痛，多 发性脓肿，瘿瘤，瘰疬，乳岩，乳癖。
【用法与用量】
打碎后口服，一次1.2～ 3g，一日 2次，小儿酌减。
【注意】
孕妇禁用。
