The mathematic relationship between coking coal's characters and coke reactivity index (CRI) and coke strength after reaction (CSR) was studied.
以研究炼焦煤性质与焦炭反应性、反应后强度之间的数学关系为目的,通过胶质体和中间相形成动力学解析导出模型的主要影响因子,以煤的变质程度、煤岩组成、粘结性、灰分及K2O和CaO含量等因素为自变量,由25种工业用煤的炼焦试验,建立出预测模型,并得出壳质组使反应性增大及反应后强度降低;K2O催化作用强于CaO,且两者的催化作用均随煤的变质程度不同而不同等重要结论。

The results show that the coke reactivity and its strength after reaction have negative relativity.
为了很好地预测焦炭在高炉中的反应行为,对大量的焦炭进行了检测及数据的分析,说明焦炭反应性与反应后强度之间有良好的负相关性;对焦炭冷态强度与热态性能之间进行了对比,建议焦化企业在保证焦炭的冷态强度合格的同时,更要关注焦炭的热态性能指标;对影响焦炭反应性与反应后强度的反应温度、碱金属、钝化剂等因素进行了试验,指出在生产中应严格控制高炉操作温度,并在按国标方法测定时,加入一定浓度的碱类,以模拟高炉生产的实际过程。

According to the Chinese Standard GB/T 4000—1996“coke determination of reactivity and coke strength after reaction”,by investigating the relevant units in our country,some generally acknowledged problems and defects in the standard were collected.
针对 GB/T 4000—1996《焦炭反应性及反应后强度试验方法》,通过对国内相关单位进行调研,收集国标中存在的一些大家公认的问题和缺陷,同时也对在执行国标中存在的问题、意见和建议进行汇总,以期纠正目前国标尚未重新修订,在测试焦炭热性能可能出现的各种不符合国标规定的习惯性的操作。
