【性状】
本品为微细颗粒的混悬液，静置后微细颗粒下沉，振摇后成均匀的乳白色混悬液。
【鉴别】
(1)在含量测定项下记录的色谱图中，供试品峰的保留时间应与对照品峰的保留时间一 致。 (2)取本品适量(约相当于曲安奈德50mg)，用乙醚提取二次，每次10ml，弃去乙醚液，分取水 层，滤过， 残渣用少量水洗涤，置105℃干燥1小时。取干燥残渣用无水乙醇配制成每1ml约含12μg的溶液，照分光 光 度法(附录Ⅳ A)测定，在239nm的波长处有最大吸收。
【检查】
pH值 应为5.0～7.5(附录Ⅵ H)。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ B)。
【含量测定】
照高效液相色谱法(附录Ⅴ D)测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相；检 测波 长为240nm。理论板数按曲安奈德峰计算应不低于2500，曲安奈德峰与内标物质峰的分离度应大于 2.0。 内标溶液的制备 取醋酸氟轻松，加甲醇制成每1ml中含0.15mg的溶液，即得。 测定法 取曲安奈德对照品适量，精密称定，加甲醇溶解并定量稀释制成每1ml中约含0.16mg的 溶 液；精密量取该溶液与内标溶液各5ml，置25ml量瓶中，用甲醇稀释至刻度，摇匀，取20μl注入液相色 谱仪， 记录色谱图；另取本品，摇匀，精密吸取2ml，置50ml量瓶中，加甲醇适量，超声处理10分钟，加甲醇 至刻度， 摇匀，滤过，精密吸取1ml，置10ml量瓶中，加甲醇至刻度，同法测定。按内标法以峰面积计算，即 得。
