性质:是一类抑制蛋白激酶活性的化合物。蛋白激酶是催化蛋白质磷酸化的一组结构各不相同的酶,在基因表达的调节中起着关键的作用。蛋白激酶抑制剂根据抑制蛋白激酶的种类分为丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶抑制剂和酪氨酸蛋白激酶抑制剂,前者又可根据作用部位,分为三组,一组作用于催化区,一组作用于调节区,另一组对调节区和催化区均有作用。
