国际疾病分类国际上统一使用的疾病、损伤和死亡原因的统计分类方法。国际上自1893年开始，规定了国际疾病的名称和分类，并根据医学科学的发展，每隔10年左右进行一次国际审定。世界各国通用的《国际疾病分类第九次修订本》(ICD一9)，共分17类，是2975年9月30日~10月6日在日内瓦由世齐上土组织主持、并由46个国家代表参加的第九次国际会议修订的，经第二十九届世界卫生大会通过，于1979年正式使用。国际疾病分类已成为国际标准化工作的重要组成部分。
