远血 远血 病名。先排便后下血之证。《金匮要略·惊悸吐衄下血胸满瘀血病脉证并治》：“下血，先便后血，此远血也。”《景岳全书·杂症谟》谓：“血在便后者，其来远，远者或在小肠，或在于胃。”因脾气虚寒，不能统血所致者，证见血色暗黑，唇淡口和，四肢不温，舌淡苔白，脉细无力，用黄土汤温阳健脾，坚阴止血。因阴虚火旺，壮火食气，脾阴虚而肺气燥，失其敛摄者，用人参清肺汤。因肝经怒火，肺经忧郁，以致血不藏摄者，用归脾汤加山栀、麦冬、五味，或丹栀逍遥散加阿胶、桑寄生、地榆。若虚损不足，下血过多，脾气不固，肾气不强，面色萎黄，手足厥冷，六脉微弱虚浮者，宜大补肝脾肾三经，用人参养营汤补脾，胶艾四物汤加巴戟、甘草补肝，断红丸补肾（见《血证论·便血》）。参见便血有关条。
