研究方法选择广东省中医院呼吸科门诊COPD稳定期患者共57例(最后完成的有49例),按入组先后顺序随机分为中医综合肺康复组(中医组,n=18)和西医综合肺康复组(西医组,n=18),对照组(n=13),三组在常规药物治疗基础上进行为期12周的试验。
