定位 俯掌，腕背横纹上2寸，桡骨与尺骨之间的凹陷中。
取穴 俯掌，腕背横纹上2寸，当阳池与肘尖的连线上。
刺灸法 直刺0.5～1寸，若刺中神经，应向外提针，留针至神经旁；可灸。
功用 疏风解表，通经活络。
主治 感冒发热，喉痹(喉中痰湿而有热者)，肢软，手颤。
