Aim:To explore the effects on concentration of dopamine(DA),5-serotonin(5-HT) and noradrenaline (NE) in the brain of rats after amygdala and septal nuclei lesioned.
目的 :探讨杏仁核及隔核毁损后AMP模型大鼠脑内单胺类递质含量的变化。

The centripetal effect was abolished by lesioning the septal nuclei, just as the same as injection of propranolol into the nuclei ; but phentolamine had no such preventive action.
采用健康成年猫36只,电刺激左侧内脏大神经中枢端,可引起血浆皮质醇浓度升高,损毁隔核后,这升高效应消失,说明隔核可能参与诱发皮质醇升高效应过程。
