在密切监测下用促超排卵药物使多个卵泡发育并达到成熟,但不致引起卵巢过度刺激综合征。监测的方法包括:①阴道B超下观看卵泡的数目和大小,可从月经周期第8天开始每日连续观察;②每日取血查E2水平。E2水平随卵泡发育的数目及大小而上升;③每日观察子宫颈黏液变化,随E2的上升子宫颈黏液变为清亮,拉丝可达10cm,子宫颈口开张如瞳孔样,镜下可看到大量羊齿状结晶,代表雌激素在子宫颈上的生物学效应,排卵前两天可见到此生物学现象(biological shift)。
