【性状】
本品为乳白色或微黄色圆锥形栓剂。
【鉴别】
取含量测定项下的溶液，加甲醇稀释制成每1ml 中含萘普生30μg 的溶 液，照萘普生片项下的鉴别试验，显相同的结果。
【检查】
应符合栓剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ D）。
【含量测定】
对照品溶液的制备 取经105℃干燥至恒重的萘普生对照品约50mg， 精密称定，置100ml量瓶中，加甲醇70ml，在50～60℃水浴中振摇使溶解后，再加热10分 钟，放冷至室温，加甲醇稀释至刻度，摇匀，精密量取5ml，置50ml量瓶中，加甲醇稀释 至刻度，摇匀，即得。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品10粒，精密称定，在水浴上温热熔化，在不断搅拌下冷 却至室温，精密称取适量（约相当于萘普生50mg），置100ml量瓶中，加甲醇70ml，在50 ～60℃水浴中振摇使溶解后，再加热10分钟，置冰浴中冷却1.5 小时，放冷至室温，加 甲醇稀释至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液5ml ，置50ml量瓶中，加甲醇稀释至刻 度，摇匀，即得。 测定法 照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在331nm的波长处分别测定对照品溶液和供试 品溶液的吸收度，计算，即得。
