目的探讨注射加针刀治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效。

手化脓性腱鞘炎
suppurative tenosynovitis of hand
多由于手指刺伤、皮下脓肿、指骨骨髓炎、关节炎等波及屈指腱鞘，而产生化脓性腱鞘炎。由于示、中、环指屈腱鞘止于同名掌指关节，而拇、小指分别延到手掌部，分别成桡侧滑液囊和尺侧滑液囊，故后者比较严重。临床上出现Kanavel四大症状：手指弥漫性肿胀、指及掌指关节轻度弯曲、手指伸屈活动痛和障碍、沿腱鞘有明显压痛。症状严重，还能穿破腱鞘腔进入手部其他间隙引起鱼际脓肿、掌中脓肿、蹼间脓肿等甚至伸入前臂，全身反应严重。治疗以及时引流为主。
