解剖名。指阴茎深动脉及阴茎 背动脉进入阴茎海绵体后之部分呈螺旋状弯曲的小分支。它们沿回旋或弯曲的行程，直接开 口于海绵体静脉窦而不进入毛细血管。管壁薄厚不一，厚处内膜增厚或纵行隆起突入管腔 ， 略呈螺旋状排列，具瓣膜作用。其内藏纵行平滑肌纤维，平时收缩管腔闭塞。阴茎勃起时， 其及小梁内平滑肌松弛，动脉舒张而充血。
