Traditional laminectomy completely exposes the lumbar spinal canal with spinous process and lamina osteotomy , which usually causes postoperative lumbar spinal instability and scar tissue adherent.
为此我院对涉及腰椎后路减压的手术,除肿瘤及感染病外,根据术中情况将截下的棘突椎板以不同的方式回植重建腰椎后部结构的完整性及稳定性,术后进行临床与影像学评估,从而探讨腰椎棘突椎板截骨回植术在重建腰椎管中的应用方法及疗效。

吻合血管的胸锁乳突肌皮瓣移植术
microvascular sternocleidomastoideal musculo-cutaneous flap transfer
指将带来自颈外动脉或甲状腺上动脉的胸锁乳突肌肌支的胸锁乳突肌和其表面颈部皮肤进行移植手术。最早由Conley(1972年)设计带有骨骼的胸锁乳突肌皮瓣移位，修复口腔部组织缺损。国内周训银(1988年)最先报告用于临床。由于此肌肉是节段性供血，宜采取中、下段的肌肉移植，临床上常用带血管蒂的肌皮瓣移位修复面颞部肿瘤切除后组织缺损、洞穿性缺损和舌再造手术。
