医院分级管理
医院分级管理针对医院功能的不同等级、不同任务、不同规模和技术水平、管理水平、医疗质量设施等，将医院分为不同级别和等级的标准化管理和目标管理。其目的在于优化医疗服务系统的整体结构，增强其整体功能，更好地为保障人民健康服务。1989年n月，卫生部颁布医院分级管理办法和标准，并决定从199。年开始，中国各级各类医院将按一、二、三级(每级中分甲、乙、丙三等，在三级医院中再增加一个特等)进行管理。实行医院分级管理是中国医院管理体制的一项重大改革，是加强行业管理、深化卫生改革的一个重要步骤。
