材料：菠菜、普通面粉、西红柿、鸡蛋、木耳、黄花、大蒜
做法：
1 菠菜榨汁，菠菜汁和面，擀成七厘米左右的宽面，陕西的面条像腰带……哈哈。
2 西红柿和鸡蛋、木耳、黄花一起炒好备用；
3 大蒜两头（不是两瓣）捣成蒜泥，置于大碗中，油烧热浇至蒜上；
4 西红柿鸡蛋装入蒜碗中，加上清汤或者开水，加自己喜欢的调料；
5 面条装入另外一个碗中，吃时将面条放入汤中过一下，吸足调料和蒜味，香啊。
注意：
1 不喜欢吃蒜或者将要出门的人不宜食用；
2 蒜越多越香，必须用油泼熟，但不能炒熟，炒熟无味，生食则辣。
