By using synoptic method,dynamical meteorology principle and numerical prediction production we analyzed heavy hailstorm weather in Kuche County on 27 July,1995,and discussed its formed condition,motion paths and characters with the regular meteorological data and sounding data.
利用天气学方法、动力气象学、数值预报产品技术对库车县1995年7月27日一次强冰雹天气进行了分析,结合本地地面、高空资料分析强冰雹形成的条件、路径、特征,为提高冰雹天气预报的准确率,提供参考指标。

According to the ground records of 90 Xinjiang meteorological observation stations from 1961 to 2003, got eighty-one times heavy hail weather within 2 day from April to August.
根据1961~2003年新疆90个气象观测站的地面观测资料计算得到新疆强冰雹天气81次,其持续时间在1~2d,出现在4~8月。
4)  the great weather process with ice-snow and cool disaster
强冰雪冻害

By the analysis on the daily precipitation and temperature of Changchun station during October to next march from 1971 to 2000,and respondedly NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data,the standard of the great weather process with ice-snow and cool disaster is proposed.
应用1971~2000年长春气象站10月至次年3月的逐日降水量、气温资料以及相应的NCEP/NCAR再分析资料,通过对资料的统计分析,给出了确定长春市发生强冰雪冻害天气的标准;根据对36个历史个例的高低空环流形势的分析,建立了4种强冰雪冻害的天气概念模型:冷涡型、深槽型、浅槽型、锋区平直型;进一步分析了长春市冰雪冻害天气的物理量场、要素场的特征。
