【含量测定】
取本品适量（约相当于丙酸倍氯米松1.25mg），精密称定，置50ml 量瓶中，加甲醇约30ml，置80℃水浴中加热2 分钟，振摇使丙酸倍氯米松溶解，放冷至 室温，照丙酸倍氯米松项下的方法，精密加内标溶液5ml ，用甲醇稀释至刻度，摇匀， 置冰浴中冷却2小时以上，取出后迅速滤过，放至室温，取续滤液20μl 注入液相色谱仪， 测定，计算，即得。
