一、原料：
1.主料：白芨15 克，燕窝15 克。
2.调料：冰糖。
二、制法：
1.将燕窝放入碗内，用温开水浸泡1 小时，水凉后，换入开水再浸泡。
待其涨发后，捞出，放在清水中镊净绒毛，最后用清水漂洗几次。将白及洗
净润透切片。
2.将燕窝、白芨加入瓷碗内，加水适量，放在笼内蒸至极烂。加冰糖再
蒸片刻即成。
按：《本草逢原》载燕窝“调补虚劳，治咳吐红痰。”白芨具有补肺、
止血、消肿、生肌、敛疮等功效。二者组成此菜可用于治疗肺伤咳嗽、咯血、
吐血、肺结核等病症。
