We studied on the effect of decaying substances on Fusarium oxysporum mycelia growth, spore emergence, seed emergence, radicle growth, characters of seedling and Fusarium wilt, through method of plate growth test, spore germination test, radicle growth inhibition test, conductivity method and pot experiment.
