The seed germination and seedlings physiological responses of Bachiaria ruziziensis to NaCl stress were studied in this experiment.
本试验研究了NaCl 胁迫对刚果臂形草种子的萌发及幼苗的生理效应,结果表明:低浓度盐处理有利于促进种子萌发,同时对幼苗的生长也未表现出不利影响,但此时刚果臂形草已对外界高渗溶液做出了生理反应,叶片中脯氨酸含量成倍增加;随着盐胁迫浓度的增大,刚果臂形草种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗的生长高度、鲜重、干重均降低,质膜透性增加,形态和生理上都表现出盐害效应,而叶片中脯氨酸和叶绿素含量增加,反映了刚果臂形草自身为抵御外界不良盐滞环境所做出的适应性生理效应。
