In order to know the characteristic of soil nematodes distribution and diversity change in the crop rotation systems,the present study used spring wheat as research sample to study the species and trophic structure of nematodes and utilized ecological indices to analyze the difference among the rotation systems,which provided data for further research on indicator function of soil nematode.
