| 铁观音 卷曲形乌龙茶,因树种而得名。创制于中国清代雍正年间。原产于福建省安溪县,后永春、南安、晋江、同安、尤溪等地也有生产。具有外形条索壮结,呈螺旋形,身骨沉重;色泽砂绿翠润,红点明显;内质香气清高持久馥郁,滋味醇厚甘鲜,有天然的兰花香,故称“观音韵”;汤色金黄明亮,叶底肥厚软亮,边缘略向背面卷曲,耐冲耐泡,要冲泡2~3次才能品出茶的香气、滋味来;饮时入口微苦,瞬即回甘,带有蜜味的特点。铁观音的泡饮方法较为特殊,概括为壶小、盏小、茶多、味浓。品茶时要细饮慢咽,才能尝出茶的真味,饮量虽不多,但能满口生香。 |
