材料
奶油玉米一罐，鸡肉100克，鸡蛋两个搅匀。
调料
(a)湿淀粉一中匙，水1/3杯，胡椒粉1/4小匙； (b)热高汤四杯半，白糖3/4中匙，芝麻油1/2小匙，胡椒粉1/4小匙，精盐一小匙； ?玉米粉三大匙半，水五大匙。
做法
①鸡肉洗净，抹干水，剁碎，加调料(a)，搅匀成稀糊。
②奶油玉米放入大汤碗中，加入鸡肉拌匀，再加入调料(b)搅匀，加盖高火5分钟。
③加入调料?搅匀，放入鸡蛋再搅匀，加盖高火2分钟即可。
