The high-Mg volcanic rocks of the Yixian Formation in the Sihetun area have the obvious characteristics of Mantle-derived lava in rare earth,trace element characteristics with high Mg~#(62～70) and high content of compatible elements.

Through the methods of field sampling and laboratory analysis,the objectives of this study were to investigate the content characteristics of eight heavy metals in tobacco planting soil of Chongqing,at the same time evaluate the pollution degree of these heavy metals based on the evaluation factors of standard comparison and Geoaccumulation index(Igeo).

The characteristic elements were determined, and discriminant functions established according to the characteristic elements achieve good results on discrimination.

Using fast algorithm of construction cost based on fuzzy prediction,the method was proposed that is to use weight number of characteristic element,give a time value coefficient to cost of typical engineering,choose a suitable characteristic element to count based on reality engineering conditions.
